It is hosted with Earthlink Web Hosting.My initial inquiry was placed at 12:24a on 12/5/03. I received an email 20 minutes later saying it was resolved. Sure enough, it was fixed.  The same problem at Earthlink... it's now 7 DAYS later and the problem still isn't fixed.I will do everything in my power to switch to your hosting company. Your service was great, I was lured away by a cheaper hosting site. Not knowing any better I fell for it, only to find that they (godaddy.com) could not host my site correctly or even help me in the process. I have already resubmitted my credit card info to your site and only want to know to reactivate my web site @atfreeweb.com?

I don't know if many people bother to let yawl know when you've done a good thing, (i've worked tech support with Tivoli (IBM) and KNOW they let you know when you screw up!) but you've done a GREAT thing with the new email web pages.
