COMPUTER SUPPORT ENGINEER:
q Troubleshoot
and support customers to build 3-tier database applications and ASP
WebPages;
q Troubleshoot
Active Directory related basic network problems and perform
diagnostics and repair client side problems;
q
Provide telephone or on
site support on windows 2003/2000/NT 4.0 server based network
environment; assist and support commonly used software products for
word processing, e-mail, database and spreadsheet applications;
q
Phone and desk support
of full Microsoft application; Consult with IT departments of our
clients during implementation and initial deployment; In-house
support to handle phone, e-mail and web based support;
BS in Computer Science required.
Two plus years working experience necessary.
