By registering to use
AtFreeWeb.com's Web Hosting Services , you agree to the terms and
conditions set forth below: |

Right to Include Web
Traffic Counts
You understand that AtFreeWeb.com has the right to include traffic
generated by all Web sites it hosts in its overall measures of page
views, unique users, and other usage data. This includes providing
3rd-party web traffic measurement companies with URLs of sites
hosted by AtFreeWeb.com for their use
in projection of AtFreeWeb.com's overall traffic. |

Content Restriction
You understand AtFreeWeb.com hosted sites are intended to be read by
the general public. It is against our policy if your site contains
contents express or promote bigotry, racism, hatred, or profanity,
promotes or provides instructional information about illegal
activities, promotes physical harm or injury against any group or
individual, violates copyrights. AtFreeWeb.com's services may only
be used for lawful purposes. Transmission or solicitation of any
material that violates United States Federal, State or other laws
that may apply in this jurisdiction or your local area is
prohibited. |

Spamming
You agree not to send unsolicited emails from our servers, or send
such e-mail with an AtFreeWeb.com hosted web site listed as the
contact address. Violation of this policy is ground for immediate
account termination. |
|
Opt-in Bulk Emailing
If you send more than 3,000 emails during any single day, we
consider that as use of our bulk emailing service. Bulk emailing is
billed at $50 per 10,000 emails sent.
Opt-in bulk emailing must
provide a functional link to allow recipients to remove themselves
from your mailing list. |

Hacking
You agree not to make any attempt to gain unauthorized access to any
systems or networks contained either within or outside or under the
direct control of AtFreeWeb.com's network. |
|
Server Side Scripting
(ASP)
AtFreeWeb.com reserves the right to immediately disable and/or
terminate member's account if, at our sole determination that
member's script execution exhausts our server resources.

Page Removal and Account
Revocation
AtFreeWeb.com has the right to remove any page it determines, and/or
revoke an account, in its sole judgment, that has violated our
service policies. |
|
Payment
The service fees are billed every three months and are due at the
beginning of the period. |
|
Past Due Account
If your account is more than 30-day past due, your site will be
suspended. If your account is more than 45-day past due, it will be
permanently deleted from our network. To restore a suspended past
due site, a service fee of $19.95 will be charged to your account.
Any sites that have been deleted from our network can not be
recovered. |
|
No Refund
Since we do not charge web site setup fees and we do provide you
with free 30-day trial, it is our policy that we do not refund any
balances if you cancel your account before a billing period ends.

|
No Warranty
AtFreeWeb.com makes no warranties of any kind, either express,
implied, or statutory concerning the data hosted on its servers and
the availability of its hosting services. You understand that the
Internet and other various networking communication mediums are not
secure, unless explicitly specified as such, and may be subject to
interception or loss. You are responsible for the safe backup of
your site. |

Limited Liability
In no event will AtFreeWeb.com be liable to members for any
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the
services, or no services, or any products provided under this
agreement, even if company has been advised of the possibility of
such damages. Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion
of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above
limitation or exclusion may not apply. AtFreeWeb.com's liability to
member for actual damages for any cause whatsoever, regardless of
the form of the action will be strictly limited to a maximum of the
fees paid for the prior 12 months.
AtFreeWeb.com, its
officers, directors, owners, agents and employees, shall not be
liable to you or anyone else for any loss or injury resulting from
use of AtFreeWeb.com, caused in whole or in part by its negligence
or contingencies beyond its control in procuring, compiling,
interpreting, reporting, maintaining or delivering AtFreeWeb.com and
any content found on AtFreeWeb.com hosted web sites. In no event
will AtFreeWeb.com, its officers, directors, owners, agents and
employees, be liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or
action taken by you in reliance on such content. AtFreeWeb.com, its
officers, directors, owners, agents and employees, shall not be
liable to you or anyone else for any direct, consequential, special,
incidental, indirect, or similar damages, even if advised of the
possibility of such damages, resulting from the use or the inability
to use AtFreeWeb.com's hosting services.

hosted on on our servers, and the opinions and views expressed in
the web pages hosted on our servers do not necessarily reflect those
of AtFreeWeb.com. The contents of the web pages hosted on
AtFreeWeb.com are not reviewed in any way before they appear on our
servers.
AtFreeWeb.com reserves the
right to modify this agreement at any time, with or without notice,
at AtFreeWeb.com's sole discretion. |
